- Returns or refunds are applicable only in case of a damaged product.
- An opening video is mandatory as proof of damage. The video must clearly show the package being opened from start to finish.
- No return or exchange will be accepted if the product is not damaged.
- Claims without an opening video will not be considered.
- Requests for damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
